Crisis Pregnancy Centers

Have you ever seen a billboard that reads "Pregnant? Need Help? Well, chances are that sign is an advertisement for a so-called crisis pregnancy center (CPCs).  These centers are mostly run by anti-choice organizations and advertise free services to women facing an unplanned pregnancy. But their real goal is to convince a woman not to have an abortion or, in some cases, even use birth control.  To reach this goal, CPCs often give false or misleading information about abortion and birth control.
