Today marks the two-year anniversary of the signing of the historic Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which expands access to affordable family-planning services, betteraccess to contraception, and maternity care for millions of women. Family Planning Works Act

This common-sense measure will expand coverage to 35,000 low-income women in Maryland who want to control the size of their families—and it goes into effect January 1.
